Our pioneer Sisters came to Holyoke in 1873 as members of another community from Kingston, Ont., Canada. In 1892, we became incorporated as the Sisters of Providence, an independent congregation in the Springfield Diocese.

Our History

It is both an honor and a privilege to be counted among the Associates of the Sisters of Providence.
