"Where two or three are gathered together in My Name, I am in their midst." (Matthew 18:20)

Join in quiet, reflective prayer for peace. We will pray for the end of war and violence in our world; for inner peace; peace in our families, communities and nation. This Sacred Hour in the Genesis chapel will consist of simple music, readings and quiet prayer. Participants are welcome to come to one or all of these evenings.

Sat., Nov. 8, 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
FEE: $50 with lunch; $40 without lunch
"Be still and know that I am God." (Psalm 46:10)

Centering Prayer moves us beyond conversation with God into communion and mystery. In this introduction to Centering Prayer, you will have the opportunity to deepen and foster your relationship with God.

Introduction to Bio-Spiritual Focusing led by Ruth McGoldrick, SP
Fri., Nov. 14 - Sun., Nov. 16, begins Friday evening at 7:30 p.m. and concludes with lunch on Sunday
FEE: Resident, $225; Commuter with meals, $175; Communter without meals, $145
Be more creative, improve decision-making, reduce stress and enhance health! Bio-Spiritual Focusing is a simple and psychologically sound technique to assist in these areas. For Christians, the Bio-Spiritual approach provides a way to bring the body’s sense for grace and God into everyday awareness, helping you to become more fully present to self, others, and to God. Learning will take place in the respectful atmosphere of small groups. The weekend is open to both beginners and those who wish to renew their commitment to this bodily form of healing and discernment.
